An influencer and his wife were shocked to find a video of themselves in the same location a decade before they even met.

Roman Atwood and his wife, Brittney, provided another intriguing example this week by sharing a home video that showcased both of them. What makes this story remarkable is that the video was recorded over a decade before they crossed paths, adding an unexpected twist to their connection.

A social media influencer and his spouse were astonished to discover a video featuring themselves at a location from a decade before they crossed paths.

Atwood, boasting over 15 million YouTube subscribers, left his followers stunned with a recent video post on Sunday, January 14. The revelation came after the discovery of a home movie, which he and Brittney described as ‘perhaps the most incredible video’ of themselves. The footage, recorded in 1996 when Brittney was five years old, showcased a moment that might not have been extraordinary if they had been childhood sweethearts. However, the surprising twist was that the couple didn’t cross paths until well into the 2000s.

Atwood explained, “Essentially, there’s a video from 1996 showing Brittney and me in the same location, at the same time, captured on camera during a festival.”

At that moment, neither of the children recognized each other; the camera coincidentally captured both of them enjoying the festival without any awareness of their future connection.

“I’m not aware of it yet, but I’m about to encounter the man of my dreams,” remarked Brittney.

In the footage, a five-year-old Brittney is seen playing on an inflatable, while a young Atwood unknowingly walks by in front of the camera, completely unaware that he is passing his future wife and the mother of his children.

“The video from ’96 is so blurry and poorly shot that it’s nearly impossible to distinguish any faces, adding an extra layer of oddity,” Atwood remarked.

The YouTuber pointed out the improbability of the couple having such footage, and viewers were equally astounded when Atwood shared the clip online.

“It’s absolutely mind-blowing!! You two were truly meant to be,” commented one astonished viewer.

Another said, “The chances of this happening and being caught on video are just insane.”

After officially meeting more than a decade later, Atwood and Brittney got married and welcomed three children.
