Molly-Mae Hague shares what the letter Tommy Fury gave her said during their proposal

Molly-Mae Hague has divulged the contents of the letter she received from Tommy Fury during his proposal to her.

As part of his elaborate surprise engagement, the boxer went all out as he knelt down on one knee to propose to his long-time girlfriend.

Reflecting on the heartfelt note, Molly-Mae shared that everything fell into place when she read it. Interestingly, in the weeks leading up to the grand proposal in Ibiza, Molly-Mae had been completely oblivious, which somewhat bothered her.

She humorously remarked in her recent YouTube video, “I definitely knew and hoped that at some point, in the not-too-distant future, Tommy would propose to me, but did I have any inkling… absolutely not.”

Molly-Mae continued, “Don’t ask me why or how. If there’s one thing I take pride in, it’s that I pick up on everything… especially with Tommy, like I know him better than he knows himself.”

However, her instincts failed her on the day of their engagement. She admitted, “My mind was racing; I thought, ‘Why is he acting strangely with his phone? Who is he talking to?’ I jumped to the worst conclusion! I was looking out of the window like I was in a tragic movie. Little did I know, he had all the engagement setup photos on his phone!”

Upon reaching the Ibiza clifftops, things suddenly clicked into place when Tommy hurried away and a hotel staff member handed Molly-Mae the letter.

“In essence, the letter conveyed that the evening was meant to celebrate something much more special than she thought,” she shared with her viewers, describing the remainder of the letter as ‘beautiful’.

“I burst into tears instantly because the moment I opened that letter, everything fell into place,” Molly-Mae added. This isn’t surprising, given their journey as a couple – from meeting on the fifth season of the ITV dating show to welcoming their first daughter, Bambi, earlier this year.

Tommy, the boxer, played a substantial role in orchestrating the romantic gesture, adorning the picturesque setting with a blend of white and pink roses. Thoughtfully, he arranged for Molly-Mae’s favorite singer, Ruth-Anne, to serenade them with a beautiful ballad, while also cradling their daughter Bambi during the touching proposal.

If you weren’t already envious, he even selected the ideal engagement ring – an exquisite five-carat oval diamond.

It’s clear that Tommy is a true romantic at heart.
