Atlas Film Distribution is ready to release The Mean One. This is an unofficial version of the classic Christmas Carol that turns the Grinch into a murderous slasher movie maniac.
Atlas Film Distribution is bringing Stephen LaMorte’s outrageous slasher spoof to US theaters on December 9th.

In a bold new spoof, “The Mean One” (Terrifier 2’s David Howard Thornton) is a shaggy, green-skinned morose man in a Santa suit who lives in the high mountains overlooking the city of Newville and spends the holidays. I despise the season. Having his parents killed by the Mean Ones 20 years before Christmas, Cindy You Know Fu (Christol Martin) returns to town to seek closure…but fears of Christmas looming as the Mean Ones begin a new reign of terror. there is. After being destroyed, Cindy found a brave new goal – to catch and kill monsters.
Directed by LaMorte and written by Flip and Finn Cobler, The Mean One also stars Chase Mullins, John Bigham, Eric Baker, Flip Cobler and Amy Schumacher.
