Three youngsters among victims of Allen mall capturing in Texas

A three-year-old boy, his parents, two elementary school students and a young engineer from India were listed as victims of a shooting attack in Texas on Saturday.

James Cho died with his parents Cho Kyu Song (37) and Kang Shin Young (35). His six-year-old brother was injured but survived.

The person was identified while the authorities were investigating whether the killer had any ties to a distant group or religion.

Eight people died as a result of gunfire.
Several victims are still in the hospital.

A GoFundMe page confirmed that the Cho family was at Allen Premium Outlets on Saturday to trade in a birthday present their 6-year-old son received a few days ago.

“Unfortunately, an afternoon of light, love and celebration was interrupted by another mass shooting,” a family friend wrote on the sheet of paper.

South Korean officials in Texas told the Dallas Morning News that Chos is a Korean-American citizen and has spoken to the experts’ families.

Students Daniela and sisters Sofia Mendoza were also killed.
The BBC’s US partner, CBS News, reported that their mother Ada was hospitalized in critical condition.
